Condition

Spinal Stenosis

Spinal stenosis is a condition characterized by the narrowing of the spinal canal, which puts pressure on the spinal cord and nerves. This narrowing most commonly occurs in the lumbar (lower back) and cervical (neck) regions and is often the result of age-related degenerative changes in the spine. Lumbar spinal stenosis can cause pain, numbness, or weakness in the legs and lower back, often worsening with walking or standing and improving with sitting or bending forward. Cervical spinal stenosis can cause similar symptoms in the arms and hands, along with balance and coordination difficulties. At Spinal Interventions, we offer comprehensive evaluation and treatment of spinal stenosis, including epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, and other minimally invasive procedures designed to reduce inflammation, relieve nerve compression, and improve mobility.
